If the options in Disk Utility are dimmed, you are not logged in as administrator. If you know the name and password for an administrator; click the lock icon (Tiger and prior) and enter the information. If the MicroNet device volumes are still not appearing, turn off the MicroNet device, check all cable connections, wait 10 seconds and re-power on the MicroNet device.You may need to reboot your Macintosh for the drives to be seen.
